Hon. Dr. Padmasinhaji Patil, the visionary Founder President of the Terna Public Charitable Trust, is a man driven by a deep commitment to transforming dreams into reality. Established on September 30, 1980, the Terna Public Charitable Trust was founded with the primary mission of providing quality education and healthcare services to all segments of society. Under Dr. Patil’s leadership, the trust has consistently organized and supported numerous social and medical programs across the state, making a significant impact on the lives of countless individuals.

In addition to his philanthropic endeavors, Dr. Padmasinhaji Patil has made substantial contributions to society through his extensive service in both social and political spheres. Over his distinguished career, he served as a Cabinet Minister in the Home and Irrigation Ministries of Maharashtra for more than 25 years. From 1995 to 2000, he further demonstrated his leadership as the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly.

Dr. Patil’s enduring legacy is one of tireless dedication to the betterment of society, inspiring future generations to continue his mission of service and compassion.

Shri Ranajagjitsinha Patil, a sitting Member of legislative Assembly in Maharashtra, has served as a Minister of State for Industries, Agriculture from 2004 to 2009. During his tenure as state minister in Maharashtra Cabinet, he was instrumental in initiating and framing progressive and development oriented policies. Through his efforts only, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation initiated setting Corporation initiated setting up of Industrial zone in Kaudgaon at Osmanabad. Mr Patil is an architect of government scheme under which Osmanabad got drinking water to the tune of 9 million liter per day (mld) from very famous Dam (Ujni) in Western Maharashtra (almost 118 km from town). He is also instrumental in making Osmanabad as Solar destination in Maharashtra.

A telecommunication engineer by qualification is visionary leader and has been instrumental in developing and implementing government policies the field of self employment, agriculture and Industries. He is also entrepreneur in IT , Electronics and service sector.

His guidance & leadership provided Terna Trust to grow and scale up in education and healthcare sector. He is very keen in spreading educational activities beyond mere education…but to reach to stage of applied research, employability development & skill enhancement. Shri Malhar Ranajagjitsinha Patil is an engineering graduate and a young, dynamic professional. As the Executive Trustee, he brings a fresh perspective and innovative approach to leadership, making him a key figure in the organization’s strategic development. Despite his young age, Shri Patil has quickly established himself as a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of modern business dynamics.

His role extends beyond mere oversight; he is deeply involved in crafting and steering the organization’s policies, ensuring they are not only visionary but also practical and effective in addressing contemporary challenges.
