1. If you are coming to the hospital for the first time, we will register you with charge Rs. 75/- and provide you patients registration number i.e. PRN. We will create your medical record with this PRN and preserve it with utmost care and confidentiality. This number enables speedy retrieval of your medical records each time you need to see a doctor.
  2. We are as concerned about your financial well being as we are with your health. When possible, we will provide you with a billing estimate before your procedure, so you can make arrangements to meet your financial obligation.
  3. At the time of admission, patients need to pay Rs. 100/- as admission charges along with the deposit.
  4. Interim bills will be raised at alternate days.
  5. Patient availing the cashless service, need to pay Security Deposit Rs. 5000/-. This Security Deposit will be refunded after final payment received from TPA.
  6. Refund more than Rs. 10000/- will be paid by cheque after 10 to 15 days.
  7. While a patient is admitted in the hospital, only 2 doctor visit of the same speciality will be charged.
  8. Emergency charges will be applicable every day from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am and on Sunday & National Holiday full day Emergency charges will be applicable.
  9. If a patient is directly admitted in ICU/NICU, by default billing category will be semiprivate AC.
  10. Valuables of patient and relatives in any form are their own responsibility. In case of damage, loss or theft hospital will not be responsible.
  11. Eatables from outside are strictly prohibited in the hospital premises.
  12. Flowers are not allowed in the Hospital premises.
  13. Children below 10yrs are not allowed at In-patients area.
